Rut update in 9P

So anxious for next week (Monday).  Anyone been hunting 9P?  If so, how is the movement and rut activity?

 

I haven't been to camp since Oct. 12th, will be down Nov. 2-16th.  Hope I catch good amount of activity before the breeding phase kicks in.  We all know that can get lonely unless a doe is under your stand.

Horrible ,our camera activity is basically stopped ,we haven't been seeing anything the last 2 weekend.

I also have a feeling the rut activity is behind what others are seeing ,I'll be out all weekend and the following weekend ,I have a feeling it's gonna ramp up real quick.

Yep. I won't be up till Monday but in for long haul after that.  Have two weeks off.

Where’s camp down there? I hunt down there I’m planning on going down next week don’t know what days. But it will be after I vote. Will be there Friday – Sunday next week. Hunted down there last Sat. lots of wind saw 1 deer not seeing any scrapes only a few rubs

Definitely not seeing any activity here yet. Even the spikes are leaving the girls alone. I did watch two spike lightly sparring. The 10 day forecast is horrible for daytime rut activity...gonna even reach the 60's a couple times next week.

I hunt about 3 miles north of swain a buddy of mine hunts short tract you know where the lighted cross is that's where he hunts

Just came back in ,sat for a couple hours until dark ,neither one of us saw anything ,pulled 2 cards from the trail cameras and both had no deer pics since last saturday . Argggg ,why do I bother with this crap!?

We didn't really have time to look around yet ,we literally parked the truck, changed and headed out . I'm really hoping this year isn't like the rest ,the deer seem to vanish once the corn field gets cut every year and it looks like that is gonna happen again.

Chasin like crazy today, morning and afternoon. Saw a big 8 around 10am. His girlfriend busted me.

It's happening here in 9Y, just the beginning, but IMO, best time to be in a stand.  Bucks....the big boys are on their feet in the daytime now. Here are two...but I wasn't on stand there.   Somewhere else. Dates and times are accurate.

Our trail cameras are only showing buck movement around 8:00pm and it has been very light
