He tweeted an apology and in it he misspelled Columbia and Philippines LOL!! He caught all kinds of crap for that too so he removed the tweet…LOL!!!!

 

I feel sorry for everyone involved, including Harvey...

I dont know how he made that mistake. I saw the card on Fox News! I feel bad for Miss Columbia.

 

There's a rehearsal and during the rehearsal, he practiced announcing a 2nd and 1st runner up before announcing the winner.  In a live statement, he did say he rehearsed but forgot.

 

In the end though, as much as people are making fun of him, you have to admit, he didn't make any excuses and took full responsibility.
