Elmo
How did they get here? No idea but I saw at least 8 or 9 of them (2 adults, the rest were pups) in a 100 yard stretch. People were walking their dogs and children were playing less than 10 yards of them and most didn't even notice them.
turkeyfeathers
Brother was just telling me about a bunch of coyotes in NYC , Chicago and big cities. Like a lot of them. They've tried radio collaring some to track them but having troubles catching them.

wooly
Elmo, I'm not surprised you found the chucks there. The real shocker is you found the last little patch of GRASS in NYC! They'll move on as soon as they mow that down!
Elmo
To get into the island of Manhattan, you have to cross a major bridge of a minimum of 4 lanes. I can see a coyote running across the length of it in the middle of the night. I didn't think woodchucks would do it. ATbuckhunter
Where was this picture taken? Some places still have remaining populations of animals that used to be there. For example there are rabbits and wild pheasant in Kissena park in Queens.

I've been walking through there for a few years now and this is the first time I've seen them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
