How high ?

My clover is 2 ft tall ,should it be mowed ? Thanks

That is really tall. Is it red clover? I keep mine mowed maybe 2x a year enough to cut the white flower parts off but dont scalp it too short

Its Anter Kings trophy clover . It has 4 kinds of clover and chickory. Not sure what kind they are i planted it last year and threw the bag out. It grew really well. I dug out a pond ,put the dirt on the bank and leveled it out and planted it. No lime or fertilizer and it came in pretty good.

I Fertilized in early spring...I've mowed one plot 3x's already.leave it 6" high. One mowing I went super short to be able to spray a diluted round up on grass and perennials underneath. It worked pretty well.

I would keep it about 4 to 6 inches when you mow it. Try and time it before some rain so your not stressing it too much. 2 feet high, man now ill have to check my little plot havent seen it in a few weeks

The soil has alot of clay in it so it stays damp. Havent had any rain in about 2 weeks and i have to mow my lawn 3 times a week.  I have a bunch of smaller fields on my property and ive been throwing clover seed down and its every where now. Very little grass mixed in them. I didnt want to use chemicals on anything cause i let a guy keep bees on my property.

keep it mowed to <6 inches.  This promotes more tender growth and less chance of weeds taking over.

clover should be mowed just before it come into blossom otherwise you will stress the plant and may kill it off mow it high about 6 inches and you should be ok though I have 85 acres of clover just waiting to be mowed and bailed if the rain ever stops !!!
