It is possible, but it sounds unlikely. It's not like with a gun that you can be casually holding while turning. A bow drawn is like a rifle shouldered; you're not likely to casually point it to somebody while talking.

I can't get the link to load but I do know that a couple years ago a bow hunter shot his camera man in the face. That was an accident.

Supposedly he was at full draw on a mule deer, when the deer took off. He turned to his friend, still at full draw and accidentally released. Hit him in the stomach.

The beautiful thing about necks is that it allows you to turn a little over 90 degrees in each direction without having to turn your bow/rifle as well.  What's even crazier?  I've actually said words to my hunting buddies before without actually facing them at all.
