call their main office for fish and wildlife.... probably get through to someone 518-402-8920

there contact info isn't really out there despite they'll say it is.  not that they won't give it to you.  just isn't easily out there except for ECOs.  I contact region 4 people directly by phone email or whatever.

I had the same issue, and called got redirected, and left a voicemail.  A couple of days later, I received two logs in the mail.  Like fasteddie, I mailed one back.  A couple days after that, a fella from DEC replied to my initial request email, and informed me that the logs had been sent earlier in the week (last week), and that I should be receiving them shortly if I hadn't already.  He also mentioned my voicemail. 

So...  It seems someone is over there.

Also - in the above quote from fasteddie, you'll find a link to a view of what the log looks like, in case you want to keep track until you get an official log from DEC.

I got mine last Friday. Busy filling it out now...This is my first year as well.

Turns out they got my email and sent one out. When I checked my mail after getting home, it was there waiting for me.

Funny thing happened today . I got a Turkey Sighting Log . I havn't Turkey hunted in a long time but I guess I can keep track of them .
