Steve Bannon reportedly threatened to quit in response to removal from Trump's National Security Council

White House chief strategist Steve Bannon reportedly resisted the shake-up of the National Security Council's hierarchy thatled to his removal from the group.

According to a New York Times reportpublished Wednesday, Bannon at one point threatened to quit if the change was executed.

The link i posted was not from the nyt.  But the New York Times was cited in the article.

 

the content is what's important.  Seems like president trumps camp and is not in order.  Bannon threatening to quit. Papist reporting that kushner is leaking info.  Mike flynn seeking immunity if he testifies.

I know where your story came from.

Just to clear things up, Bannon never threatened to quit. He voluntarily stepped down from the Principal's Committee of the NSC because McMasters started doing his job of separating political intel from international intel.       If Kushner is leaking info he'll be fired in a heartbeat.      And Flynn's attorney is wisely seeking immunity so that Flynn is protected from further unfounded political harassment.

I wouldnt be so quick to label news that doesn't fit your agenda as fake.  I understand you are very pro trump but you cant deny the stuff that is happening. Its ok to support somebody but still acknowledge their flaws.  I say the same thing about obama supporters.   

 

Anyway......

bannon has been livid apparently with people within the circle and was threatening to quit.   Apparently he hd to hve a very prominent conservative donor talk him out of it   

 

Papist reported that kushner is leaking info.  And he has yet to be fired.  Doubt he will as well. Ivanka is wayyyy to important to donald from what it seems to make such a decision.  

 

And when someone seeks immunity it's because they are ready to squeel.

None of the info you cite is accurate... Bannon knew his stay with the Security Council was temporary.

I never said he was mad because he was relieved of his post.  That was a temporary spot for him.  Now that the pieces to the puzzle are coming together it makes total sense on why he wanted to quit/ was livid. I highly doubt he was on board bombing Syria. Good job doing your homework

The Trump supporters will be in for a mighty big wake up call very shortly.  It's funny to see how some of them are already irate over Trump launching the missiles at Assad last night.  Some are starting to feel that Trump isn't exactly keeping his word, which in my opinion will only get worse.  Politicians are liars, and Trump is definitely NOT the run of the mill politician, but he is no less a first class liar and always has been.  Just wait and see if Bannon and Priebus are indeed sent packing.  Anyone notice how his son-in-law Kushner is becoming more influential in his administration by the day?  And Kushner is in NO conservative by any stretch of the imagination neither.  Time will tell, but PT Barnum aka Donald Trump may have suckered a quite a few people on his way to the presidency!  I realize there wasn't much of an option with Hillary, but don't say that you haven't been warned!
