Steuben Jerry
Came home and found my buck target "beheaded" yesterday. Happens almost every year, sometimes a few times per year. Usually it gets knocked over and/or scattered. It was most likely a young 6 pointer that I frequently see around the house hanging with 5 does. Must have not liked the interloper near his harem. I would have loved to see his reaction when the head came off. Kind of like rockem-sockem robots (for those oldsters that remember those). I put a trailcam on it last night, so that pretty much guarantees that won't happen again now that a camera is there.
Five Seasons
mine get taken out too. Never enough damage to ruin them. I've thought about putting a video trail cam on them but it's only once or twice a year. I tend to think it's the youngsters.
moog5050
With a bear so close by, you would think the buck would know better.

I just got that bear target a couple of weeks ago. Was an Amazon item for only about $100. I'm liking it enough so far. No replaceable vitals though. stubborn1VT
That's funny. A trail cam video of that would be cool to see. A guy I knew messed with his buddy's cement deer statues. They were a close to life-sized buck and doe with rectangular based. Pretty heavy. He doused the doe with Tink's doe-in-heat one fall. There were tracks all over the place, and the cement buck got knocked over.
chas0218
watched a couple young bucks go at it in the field next to my house the other day. Those young buggers are starting to get feisty.
