Kodak Center Rochester Seat Suggestions?

Thinking of going to see Dwight Yoakam at the Kodak Center in Rochester.  Best way (if there is one) to buy tickets and are all seats decent?

Just checked (and sent sod a text) the ticks are 55 each plus 19 each service charge?
