I actually had a dream last night that i went to the archery shop and it was packed. They had one prime in and no mathews. I blame this thread for the dream. My Halon in only 30” but that is my hunting bow. What I noticed with the longer ata is an easier balance not so much right to left wiggle. Going to be target bow/back up hunting bow. I don’t know if being taller is easier to shoot a longer ATA or more beneficial for a taller person or what. Either way I do love my Mathews so it’ll be interesting to see how this stacks up.. TreeGuy
Sweet rig. I'm liking the string.... Not gonna lie I always like the look of those crazy colored strings like the bright yellows and greens. When the elite is due I'll be going pink. I have a big breast cancer awareness ribbon on the bow, for a friend of mine as Oct is awareness month. I think the pink string would go great. I'm comfortable with my manhood and ain't scared of the pink !Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk

sodfather
Stayed up late last 2 nights surfing, just purchased a CBE TEK Hybrid Pro 5 pin sight. Seller says sight is 9.5 out of 10 condition wise. Going to build this bow on a budget. I don't think I'll ever buy a brand new bow again. The rest will be the only thing new I think. When said in done I'll price it all out ..

Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk I don't have a plan, just building a bow for target shooting throughout the summer. The 50-60 pound limbs will be easier to shoot 75 arrows at a time. Last year my arms with 70 pound Halon wanted to fall off after 25. But also can be used as a back up hunter

mlammerhirt
Cbe is rock solid.....soon as I finish up this indoor season I wanna build an open setup...longer stabilizer and side bar, single pin adjustable sight with a lens for magnification, and a start shooting a hinge release.Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

sodfather
Bow is complete and very happy. It’s a dream to shoot, smooth draw back solid back wall, no vibration. The only thing I noticed is it’s a tad louder than my Halon. Here is what I have listed Bare Bow - Archery Talk/ Prime Rival $400 CBE 5 pin TEK Hybrid Pro / Archery Talk $125 Shrewd Stabalizer - Archery Talk /22” front 8” rear $150 QAD Rest Niagara Outdoor’s $139 Monkey Tails $15 Niagara Outdoor Peep $10 Niagara Outdoor Arrows- Axis 400 Blazer vans Chartreuse and Black $70 Niagara Outdoor Jeff Tuned it up we went to basement shot threw Chrono 277 at 60# 28.5” draw. After Labor I was only $10 over my intended budget but so happy the way this baby shoots. I have to get use to this 5 pin slider sight.

I thought about blade but people said if I ever try to use it in a hunting situation it’d be a nightmare
