First-light
For years we hunted a woodlot owned by Cotton Hanlon. When they started leasing we didn't know about it and the property got locked up for a number of years. I talked to Bob and made sure my name was on the list to lease this property. It actually is adjacent to my brother in laws property. Well to my surprise it came available yesterday so we are back in business. It's 75 acres of Larch, Pines and Hard woods. Shot some of my biggest deer years ago right there. Just about 50 minutes from my camp! Happy hunting!

He said it is surrounded by private land - he had permission to hunt one of the border lands and said that the neighbors were all huntign the edges of it but he didnt go on it. And always wished he had access to it.
Steve D
I know of a section in 8w that is just like that. We always hunted it anyways because it butted up to my parents property and all the neighboring properties hunted it also. I think all a lease does is give one exclusive rights and the right to post it but that doesn't mean others won't be hunting it when the lessee isn't around. Doewhacker
That’s good because Steve and I are getting sick of killing all the deer at your other place. I love new land to trespass on, especially if it’s Burt’s!!
