Your boyfriend Andy - started a coalition of states with Jersey and Conn to look at gun laws and security.   He is pushing for "smart" guns that only work with a fingerprint reader......what? .  Exactly .   Sounds like the art of the deal......push for that but since the technology isnt easily easily available - so lets start this ...."insert gun legislation here"   Sounds like the safe act part deux - "we are coming for your AR's" .

My disdain for this a$$wipe Cuomo goes well beyond the gun control issue.  How he got elected twice as easily as he has is beyond me.  If you upstate folks don't get out to vote this year he will surely win again.  I know that NYC gets blamed for him easily winning, but if you look at the last gubernatorial and mayoral election in NYC only about 1 million people of the 8.5 million living in the city voted so that isn't much.  Surely could be surmounted if everyone upstate got out to vote.  That is the only way you will get rid of this tyrant.

When someone makes a 'smart' gun that doesn't require batteries or a hackable computer I'll think about it. IOW, I'll never consider it.

"Excuse me Mr. Intruder, but you've just shot me in my right arm and I now have to switch to shooting with my left hand. Please give me just one moment to re-train my 'smart' gun to recognize my left hand."
