Water Rat Posted March 21, 2018 Share Posted March 21, 2018 I've been watching this guy for a while now and it looks like the tag on one of his wings fell off. Either that , or maybe he managed to pull it off. Sometimes the other crows attack him and I guess it could have fallen off in a fight.
