Air Rifle

  I am looking for a reasonably priced one that will shoot accurately out to twenty five yards and with enough energy to take out rodents in my back yard, ( squirrels and chipmunks). I went to wally world and picked up a cheap one for $39.00 (BB, and .177 cal.) I am lucky if I can hit a can at 10 yards with it. I have tried everything I can think to get it to shoot straight and it is not working. Anyone know of an air gun they like and that shoots accurately and is reasonably priced. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, noodle one

If your not looking to spend big bucks try a daisy or crossman pump.stay away from the cheap lever action ones.Not much power.Hope this helps.

go with a crossman 700 series pump.. strong enough to do what you need it to,and accurate

I picked up a Crosman Phantom recently for under $100. Its break action, .177 caliber and shoots at 1000 fps. I havent shot it yet, but from what I read they are pretty darn accurate.

Do they take out cats? 

Our neighbor has 5 of them - lets 'em run all over... and one just had a litter.

There is a Chinese or Vietnamize Restaurant that has been closed for some time now on Ridge Road West in Greece . Someone put a sign under the Closed sign that said "We Ran Out of Cats" .... ;D
