Yuck. Huge bucks tho. Just imagine the constant attention by scavengers. Also imagine trail cam pics of people in the area wondering WTF is that? Ha

WHO would do that head mount? If that were brought into my shop, probably tell the customer to take it back home, sawz-all the decomposing buck's rack off, let it dry out and then we'll see what I can do.... Would make a very unique mount fer sure!!

Full head mount for the live buck, euro mount the dead guy, then set the antlers in the way he found it?  Maybe name the live buck executioner and the dead one Louis XIV ?

Taxidermist who did these I met at Harrisburg show when we were both working booths next to each other. Did a couple deer and several safari animals for me at the time and visited his shop when doing the moose mounts. All together the mount is almost 20' long and quite impressive.

one of my dad's life long good friends had his well over 10' square alaskan brown bear made into full body mount on a rock ledge base. it's in his "great room" with a lot of other big game mounts of different species. most impressive mount i've seen owned by someone i know.
