Congrats! I've been shopping for my first house for almost a year now and have had some very close calls to closing but hasn't happened yet, glad you guys are happy!

 It's my girlfriend's friend, it's her and some other woman that work together. For Howard Hannah I believe

It will happen for you. This was the 3rd house we put an offer on 1 refused offer,2nd got through inspection and needed to be completly rewired come to find out so we backed out, this one has had a few hiccups along the way but we got it done.

we two looked and looked for almost 3 years. We finally ended up with what we wanted. NO neighbors.and almost 42 wonderful acres. i just wish we could have closed before deer season is over. Not going to happen.
