colors and composition seems nice but it's just abstract art. it's hard to justify spending so much money on a canvas a kid smeared paint on.  there is something there though that she just doesn't rub everything together to a brown blob like most kids.  i guess i could see the value in it being some of her first paintings, if she were to become a very famous artist. That's holding onto something a really long time though on a chance if you're anyone but friends or family.

Parents will have the  kid crank them out faster then a 14 y/o Chinese factory worker . Then once the market is saturated,  and the publicity goes away ,the price will drop below that for Moog’s artwork .

i could draw fairly well and did a lot when i was younger. both my parents and i hung on to a lot, even if it was on plain old lined sheets of paper. they've got a sketch of their house hanging in a hallway that i did. definitely another i did for my great grandmother on black ink scratch paper that's gotten passed back down of Nubble lighthouse in Maine (it was where she vacationed and owned a "camp"). my art teacher in middle school was blown and matted it for me. in 4th grade my teacher had captain america comics. during play time i sketched the cover of one where he's jumping out of the rag with his shield. then colored it in with crayola markers. guaranteed though none are worth a damn to anyone else. lol  parent's signed me up for an art instruction institute and the structure and lack of freedom killed it for me. i barely draw anything anymore. i hope they just let her have fun and don't try to exploit the situation.

its the fact this fancy art gallery put her stuff on there walls and advertised it.  is why they sell its really just that simple guy comes in with lots of cash to burn knows this is the place all the other big shots buy there art ,they don't really bother to question why this chicken scratch is on the walls or why its worth that much , they buy only because the gallery says it is worth something.

These  gallerys  often buy and sell there own art works with each other just to keep the price high . They could literally put dog crap on the walls and get someone to buy it the way they promote stuff and do business.

By the way I bet you anything the mother is either helping or doing most the paintings herself.  It would not be the first time someone did this type of art  hoax either with a kid  .
