I hate when people stand like that, blocking the whole row of food. Leave the cart out in the isle where there’s room for folks to get around it . Instead they use it to block the food and for some reason must be tethered to it to block even more . I’m just want to run up and grab a package of chicken ,but they stand there forever arm attached to cart .....
