I may be interested in a puddle duck hunt come January. Is it done out of permenant blinds or from a boat as well?

Puddleduck is done in flooded fields

Just be prepared, if you have a good field hunt youre going to drop thousands of dollars on waterfowl gear lol. Its awesome

This is very true, I have at least 5 dozen full body duck decoys, 6 spinners and piles of other stuff, don't start, it's a bad habit. Sorry Bruno

Ive been doing a bit of duck hunting for the last two years on the river I deer hunt...ive been trying not to spend too much money. I don't think I can last much longer haha. Im about to drop 700 bucks on a new semi shotgun in a few weeks.

When are you and baldie gonna invite this guy out for some ducks? Think we need a similar group as the unsuccessful squirrel hunt except for ducks

I made a shotgun thread back in June, but I didnt make a gear thread. Ive been looking at decoys lately, so im also getting the itch lol

Avery pro black ducks. I mostly see black ducks so I figured I’d get half a dozen black ducks. Or I might get some goose floaters. All I have right now is a dozen mallard floaters

Those black ducks are great. They’re flocked and they look so real. Huge difference when I have them out with my Dakota’s
