BigVal
Ok guys I have shot the same set up for years and want to make my arrows a bit heavier. They are maxima red 350 arrows. I've been shooting a 100 grain head. Is upping to 125 really all I need to do? Just looking to slow down and add some weight. Anything needed to the arrow itself? loworange88
Not sure if 25 grains will really slow you down much to notice. Ideally you'd want a new arrow that has a greater gpi so the weight is distributed across the shaft. I'd say try it and see how it goes, if its less than desirable it only cost you time and a package of 125 field points.

Inch arrow, bowtech carbon knight Ok , according to my pinwheel app your current arrows are under spined now with a 100 grain point. So you would need to buy a 300 (stiffer) spine arrow to go up to a 125 grain head

BowmanMike
Victory archery webpage has a good spine calculator, you can plug in weights..
Jeremy K
Maxima red arrows are marked opposite of other arrows ,they only offer 2 spines ,the 350 are good up to 90 pounds. Look up an FOC calculator ,it will show you how to measure the arrows weight and what percent FOC you currently have. I'm really liking around 15 percent for my hunting arrows.
