BROOKVILLE, Pa (WJAC) — The Pennsylvania Game Commission is investigating the video that has gone viral on Facebook of two males kicking and abusing a deer and has asked anyone with any information to contact them. The video shows two young males kicking and abusing the animal after shooting it. ADVERTISING Due to its graphic nature, and ownership rights, 6 News will not be showing the video on-air or on the web. However, our State College reporter, Sarah Metts, will be providing an update on the incident during Sunday's newscasts at 6 and 11 p.m. The Brookville police department did reach out to us, stating that "the incident occurred outside of their jurisdiction and that the proper authorities were notified." (Lawrence Twp PD) LAWRENCE TWP, CLEARFIELD CO, Pa (WJAC) — Lawrence Township police are asking for assistance in identifying the suspect in a retail theft that occurred at the Clearfield Walmart on Nov. 29 just before 4 a.m. According to a release from Lawrence Twp police, an unknown man stole over $1,200 in electronics from the Walmart located at 100 Supercenter Drive in Clearfield. He was observed leaving the store in "an older model silver Cadillac sedan with damage to the left front quarter panel." Now they are saying they were out of ammo and had no knife to dispatch the deer. This is in PA. One of the kids family owns a restaurant I hope it get boycotted.
