Darn Tough-Thank You

I’ve been wearing Darn Tough socks for daily wear, year round for about 4-5 years now.  They are guaranteed for life and today I exchanged four pairs with small holes in them for four new pairs.  

A couple days ago I found a great place: “Gear For Adventure” On Maple Rd (just east of Premier Liquor) that sells hiking/camping etc stuff.  Being a Darn Tough dealer I inquired if they’d do my exchange.  No sweat....bring ‘em in. 
 

So with all four pairs washed I swapped them out.  Expensive socks but I love them and think they’re worth every penny even without the exchange. 
 

Gear For Adventure has had a store in Hamburg also for the past 13 years. The Amherst location has been open since May.  Good people if you need some Good gear.

I wear the same ones and have exchanged 2 pair for new.  Didn’t know a store would swap.  All the easier.

Good to know! I dropped $30 on the heaviest smartwool socks at Dicks and wore through them in one season, very aggravating

Lawd, how much are talking for a pair of socks? And do they have good warm hunting socks? i might have to take a stroll over to Maple Rd. soon!

this is what I prefer for hunting.  $30/pair.   I think pretty warm but not overly bulky.  Expensive but like Lawd said, once worn out just replace for new pair.

Just had a pair replaced under warranty for shipping costs of $2.63.  Well worth it for a great pair of socks.

My sister sent these to me as a retirement gift! Can't wait to see how they are when it's really cold.

I bought two pairs at Runnings yesterday, based on the great reviews here.  Look like great socks!

Just ordered my first pair of Darn Tough socks after seeing them here. I've never bought anything other than Target specials, and wear holes in them in no time. Looking forward to seeing how they hold up.
