Names for Deer? Lets create a list...

I've never really thought of naming any deer, but sense this is up why not. I gave the buck i missed two years ago the name field goal cause it was a buck i had seen three different times throughout the year, it was a really nice 10 and finally on the last day of northern rifle season i got a chance walking out in the snow from the morning when i jumped him and he stopped and stared at me, I was so amazed by his antlers im pretty sure my three shots when right between the antlers

I have a few deer that I have named. Hayrake, Picklefork, Spot, and an old doe I call The Witch.

As for what I call deer in general, slick, slickhead, flat top, skipper, pig, hillside veal, walking burgers

A budy of mine pulled a little tiny fawn out of the river this summer. They held onto it untill the wildlife rehab. women could come 4 days later. They named it STEW

I named a doe, "You little B*tch!" cuz thats was the first words coming out of my mouth when she jumped my arrow last year!

In my hunting club we call does mullies. Bucks from the swamp are swamp walkers. I personally name all the bucks I get on my trail camera. From little spikes to big bucks, they all have names!
