corydd7
I'm impatient and I'm not giving you all a lot to go on but can anybody confirm or deny this is a northern catalpa tree? This is a smaller tree with huge leaves, I have other more mature at the other end of my yard with white flowers that just bloomed today. I can add pictures tomorrow if needed. As always thanks for the help.
mowin
It definitely looks like one. I hunt next to one, and when a leaf falls, it sounds like a sheet of plywood falling.

Every year the whole front lawn would be filled with white flowers that fell from it. Edited June 22, 2020 by Robhuntandfish
Nytracker
Lets not forget cleaning the seed pods .... lots of fun . My grandparents lived on a road catalpa drive in Horseheads . Freaking things are pretty but they do make a hell of a mess.
