First one, 1st shot probably 80 yards, last hit maybe 110ish. Second one right around 100 yards.

Went out last friday1/29

First stop nothing but bitter cold wind in our faces which proved to be a issue for my thermal scanner. It was freezing up, so back to the truck to warm up amd move to spot #2. Keeping the thermal stuffed in my coat helped here. Called in a pair possibly 3 at this spot. Snow was coming down pretty good and my budfy and his wraith couldnt get on the yotes. I was able to see clearly with no ir. Unfortunately it was a very bright night and the yotes figured something wasnt right when they couldnt find the coyote making all the racket in their field. I couldve shot at 1 at 200 yards but was hoping to get them closer and to get a good shot on both. Unfortunately that didnt happen. They never figured us out but we didnt get a shot on them either...nothing else seen at the next 2 stops. Be back out this weekend hopefully.

Its been awhile but making it out saturday for the last tournament of the year. Probably be my last time out also.

probably my first and last hunt this weekend too. No tourney, but man what a cruddy season weather wise.

Nothing! Hunted 7pm-130am, 8 stops no yotes. Saw 2 fox and alot of deer. Wind was pretty brutal, might try one more time next week.

May be going down to a buddies cabin near cherry creek. He has been seeing a big black yote down there alot. Wants it gone, and i want it!

I have a pretty active fox population. Do you guys just stick with rabbit distress and avoid yote calls entirely if maybe hoping for "just a fox"?

we shoudld hook up sometime man. We did 3 sets on 2 different properties and called in 5. killed 2 lost 1. and forgot to hit the record button on the 2 dead ones lol.

If just targeting fox, yes i would stick with distress and fox vocals.
