How many have you broken

The only one is the number 3. I have forgotten the stupid decocking bolt a couple times and made the mile drive home cocked but not loaded.

Because it’s a mute point , I don’t know anyone who follows that ,NY is about the only state that doesn’t have minus and plus half hour , and guys hunt accordingly.  I’m also drive over the speed limit , and lie on my 1040 .

I would place money that about every bowhunter has broken tihs either in am or pm.. worse rule they have, have to see a beard on a turkey 1/2 hour before sunrise, identify duck species, but you cant tell a deer?? Crazy.

Exactly why I brought up it up. I will say with full honesty, I have let deer pass the past two years because of that regulation. I hunt mainly public land and most of it's close enough to homes that someone would surely make that call and DEC would come a looking or be waiting for me at my vehicle. Maybe not so much during the bow season, but I figure I may as well just follow the Reg. and not deal any "What If's". I sort of like having my privilege to hunt.

 

As for the other two things you mention.. I saw/read nothing.
