Lee Precision Dies

I was resizing / decapping some 270 brass for my oldest son and had the pin in the full size die stick . I tried getting it out and trashed the pin while doing so . I called Lee and told them what happened and the lady said they would mail a replacement to me . NO CHARGE .........

I heard that about them. That is why I went with the lee press and the dies.

The pin stuck in the primer hole?

yep lee is a good company, dies are lifetime warrenty.

I have some Lee Dies and I never had had an issue with them.

I also have Lee case trimmers and they work fine. I admit that if I had a higher volume of cases to trim, other trimmers (Read more expensive) might be better, for for the limited amount of trimming that I do, the Lee product works fine.

I think I am going to try it in the drill press like o have seen on some forums....should work really fast

Yeah, Culver...They work well in a drill press..

Unfortunately, when I got divorced 5 years ago, my drill press went BYE-BYE..

Along with a lot of my other toys...

Oh well....Compost occurs...<<grin>>..

I use a corded hand held drill for 29 bucks. Works well.

Well , I got the pin for the Lee FL die in the mail today . That was sweet !

what press are you using, Eddie?

I use a Lee Breech Lock Challanger Press for the de-capping and that had nothing to do with my die problem . I screwed up the pin by forcing the press .

For bullet seating , I use a Lyman Turret Press .

I just got and started using the Lee 4 hole turret press. I love it. It is so easy to do I can't beloeve I was intimidated and didn't do it years ago. Fun hobby in itself
