I don't eat the liver, I got it for the dogs. Fresh beef liver is huge compared to what you buy in the freezer section. I also traded some of the liver for other stuff for the dogs

I googled beef heart recipes. I was thinking tacos with the tongue I have. Have you tried deer tongue?

I was going to make stew with the cow heart, it was vacuumed sealed. It actually has air and frost, is it still good or is it for the dogs now?

Where I use to live turkey and deer would be together eating what ever was in the fields. Is one more that the other used as a safety alarm for both?

Not much, my farthest drive is 30 min, one place is 20 min. My least favorite spot is 10 min from me and I try not to use that spot because it's not the best -
