Your assuming that’s what he is doing, but you don't know for sure. If that is what he is doing what is the big deal about asking for permission? It has been talked about on here before and for some reason it depends on who is posting seems like some of the people will always agree with certain people and never agree with certain people. Some times it ok to trespass and why make a big deal about and other times it’s not ok. It’s easy to say or have an opinion about it when it’s not your land or even if you don't own land. If a person is on someone’s land no matter what the reason is it is trespassing. Out of respect for what is not yours then what is the big deal to ask permission?
