Legal action for keeping fawn in Indiana
Paula replied to mike rossi's topic in Gun and Hunting Laws and Politics Discussions
I am sure they will only be fined and should feel lucky. They should be proud and just pay the fine and not cry over their own actions. Husband is a cop he knew he was doing wrong, Stand up and be a man someone needs to tell him.- 22 replies

Yes lets get real, what make them special that they should not get what the law dictates? They kept that wild deer longer than needed for the purpose of a pet. They should have found a rehab or let it go as soon as it was able to. They taught that wild animal that they also named to trust humans and will more than likely die because of that. I know we will never know that for sure. They thought and acted with their hearts not common sense for a wild animal. I have to say i would likely try and save it also but would not rob it from its natural habitat and life- 22 replies

They kept it as a pet after it was healthy. I bet they knew they were wrong in keeping it and would not sign a petition for them- 22 replies

Wouldn't a hunt or shoot depend on the size of the land? Say 20 acres verses 500. I have never seen a mutant deer, they get tusk?
-
There are a few places that you pick the hog and pay for its raising cost and then it goes to market. Nothing wrong with that. Some places just happen to let you shoot it also, they just happen to call it a hog hunt
