Lol would be nice, maybe they should just stop traffic on weekends during hunting

This is the response i got back today. Same as what was said here. You cannot shoot from a public highway or across a public highway. This includes standing on the maintained portion of the road such as the gravel on the edge of the road or mowed area along the dge of the road.

I believe i can by what i have read and what was said here, i will be out there this weekend checking it out as i squirrel hunt. I know he has some farm equipment in there close to the road.

I was given permission to hunt close by to me. Its great except that there is not alot of woods on it and what there is close to the rd. How far away from rd do i have to be? I find in book 500 ft. for dwelling and you can not shoot on or over road way. wish i can post the map but i don't know address.
