Been listening to the news on this - probably going to end up being some disgruntled employee that was fired or personal dispute. Just heard a child may have been shot in the face. Gunman is dead - not sure if self-inflicted or by cop.

It is not illegal for you to record someone's actions as long as you are the one doing the recording. However, if someone else is secretly recording a conversation between you and someone else without either party's knowledge then that's illegal. Just my legal opinion.

I don't think you are going to have any luck dealing with this guy on a civil level. You don't want to be getting into a Hatfield & McCoy situation.Try to avoid him if possible. When you are out there you should definitely record his actions to CYA. Wondering how close is your house to the edge of the property line where he shot into the woods? Is he within the 500' limit? I would range it from the nearest point of your home to the property line. He has every right to stand at the edge of his property with a firearm but obviously illegal to discharge within that 500' distance.

May be the cheaper way to go. LOL!

I tried doing a motorized turkey decoy by mounting my Primos gobbler on the chassis of a remote control car but I never got to use it in the field since I got sick and missed all of last May. I used the FF185gr in my Remi 710 on my 7 pt I took at 50 yards this past opening weekend. I could not find the entry hole when I looked initially but the exit hole was the size of my fist. He stumbled 7 yards and dropped. I guess it depends on shot placement too.

I hear you Elmo. My wife and I were looking to invite 100 people tops. When we told our parents they laughed and said there are at least 150 on both sides. We ended up with 275 guests. Thats what happens when you join the Greeks and Italians together. At our wedding reception as we were going around to the tables there were some tables where we did not know the guests. They would come up to us and say something like: "I'm your 5th cousin on your grandmother's side once removed". My wife even thanked the band leader for coming at the end and he said "I had to be here- you paid me." Just wait until you do the seating chart. Oh my! Who wont sit with whom, this one is not talking to that one and so on and so forth.

while on my way to the office, I received a text from my 15 yo daughter. She told me that she was accepted as a member of the National Honor Society by her High School. She was 1 of 35 applicants who were accepted out of a total of 120 classmates that were invited to apply. Words cannot describe how proud I am of her!!! Sometimes hard work and perseverance pays off!! This is a great early Christmas present!!

Good job! Time to invest in a game cart though.

Bought myself few items to wrap and put under the tree including a new stock for my Remi 710, Otterbox case for my Ipad (since dropping my daughter's) and my 7pt mount which I won't see until the summer. New laptop for my son and some xbox games; only clothes and such for my daughter (she's getting a sweet 16 party in 3 months with 100 of her friends - lots of $$$$ Merry Xmas and Happy Birthday rolled into one) The wife wants a pasta machine, few other nick-nacks and some piece of mind. As for our dog Milo - some treats and toys.
