  1. Well , I guess I should give them a call ..................
  2. A Hub Blind goes on top of that platform and I figured it would fade quite a bit if left out all summer . I put a tarp over the top and may put a piece of 5'X5' carpet in the blind so that when there is a breeze my scent won't be blown all over . I plan to put a plastic lawn chair in there but have to put a thin board across the front feet and rear feet so they don't punch through the flooring and the chair has to be in there before the Hub Blind is attached . The platform with the blind was $248 . The platform alone was $249 . Go figure .
  3. I went to Geneseo yesterday and set up the Quad Pod Platform . I had pre-assembled a little bit to make it faster to set up . It still took me quite a while and it was HOT out . I set the platform up on the bank of a pond where the deer travel along the pond and across an East - West horse trail . I put a camo tarp across the top and along the front and one side . I also mounted the stand on 2X6 so the feet wouldn't sink in and the drove 5 foot stakes in the ground so it wouldn't blow over . I fastened the stakes to the legs woth hose clamps . I won't put the blind on top until maybe a week or two before the season opens October 1st .
  4. 1st of all , the camera cost me $5 for the raffle ticket so i'm not out much money . Someone on the complaint site had the same problem and Primos customer service sent that person a memo that stated the camera cannot be repaired . I found this out after my original post . 2nd , I looked up the Customer Service and the camera was a special sell for DICKs Sporting Goods . DICKs no longer carries that camera . 3rd , the $5 for the ticket went to a good cause .
  5. I have 3 Primos Truth Cam Blackouts that work fine . I won a Primos Truth Cam Ultra and have reset the Date / Times and it reverts back to an older date on every usage . It takes 1/2 decent pictures but is worthless without correct dates . The camera is set up 50 miles away so pulling it isn't a simple task but I will bring it home the next time I go to Geneseo . . These pics were taken on different days .............

  12. We see Turkey Vultures flying around on a daily basis . My neighbor has an 8 week old Doberman puppy . I told him to keep an eye on the dog as there was at least 2 dozen of the buzzards circling around .

  21. I recently spent $6,500 on a young registered Black Angus bull. I put him out with the herd but he just ate grass and wouldn't even look at a cow. I was beginning to think I had paid more for that bull than he was worth. Anyhow, I had the vet come and have a look at him. He said the bull was very healthy, but possibly just a little young, so he gave me some pills to feed him once per day. The bull started to service the cows within two days, all my cows! He even broke through the fence and bred with all of my neighbor's cows! He's like a machine! I don't know what was in the pills the vet gave him... but they kind of taste like peppermint.
