    Last night the guy I work part time for tried to fax some papers to me . He couldn't get them sent and called my cell phone and said all our Land Line did was ring . Tried out different phones in the house and they are all dead . Called the phone company and told them the problem . They said that there were so many problems that they would get to it somewhere between Today and July 10 . How's that for service . At least the Tele-marketers won't be able to get through !

    I have been blessed ,so far , by not hitting any deer . I have had several CLOSE calls . Yesterday morning I almost hit a fawn when it bolted across the road by the Ontario Gun Club . There are many road kill deer along Rt 104 !

    I have left one of my cams in the same location for almost 2 years . I get a lot of pics on it but it's too open to hunt . Maybe if rifles are allowed that will change .

    The only problem you would have with the 7-30 waters in getting ammo . Unless things have changed , Federal is the only one that makes the 7-30 rounds . I saved my brass and resized some 30-30 brass to reload for the waters . It takes one big assed holster to carry the Contender !

    Last year I found a watch in Lowe's parking lot . I gave it the gal at the service desk and told her where I found it . About 6 months later I had something to return . The same lady was at the counter . I asked her if anyone picked up the watch . She said no one had claimed it and handed it to me . She said it would be one less thing to clutter the Lost & Found Box .

    When I used to have a Chevy S-10 pu , I would place a drill , etc on the rear bumper when I was installing / removing Real Estate signs . A couple times I drove off and had it missing when I got to the next job . One time I put up a sign at a home in Pittsford where they were having a Garage sale . Got to the next job a couple miles away . No drill driver . Went back to the previous home and the guy had my drill on his table . I told him it wasn't for sale and took it .

    I have picked up a 1/2" socket handle , vice grips , channel lock pliers , pruner shears , and a few other items . Found a purse in a shopping cart and took it to Service Desk at Tops in Baytown a long time ago . Found a 20 ga Remington in a wooded area near my SIL's property and gave it to the guy who owned the land .

    Never understood why someone would want a camo flashlight , wallet , phone case , etc . You drop it , you end up spending a lot of time looking for it . I bet the flashlight will give you away when you turn it on .!

    I almost bought a 35 for my Contender years ago but went with the 7-30 waters instead ............. then , that's no help to you .
