My wife and I are getting our SS as well as drawing monthly from investments . We have a time share in Williamsburg , Va and one in Branson , Mo .. At 71 years of age , i'm not doing too bad ! WE have a great investment counsellor that has done well for us . The big helper was putting money from my paycheck into a 401K instead of taking it as pay . And no .... I won't adopt any of you !

The shortage has been created by folks hogging the ammo and buying cases when available ......

And Representative Jesse Jackson Jr. resigned a couple of weeks ago. That is because he is fighting being sent to...that's right, the big house. The Land of Lincoln, where our governors make our license plates. But you know what? As long as they keep providing entitlements to the population of Chicago, nothing is going to change, except the state will go broke before the country does.

I took a walk ( about 2 miles ) a short while ago and checked out a friend's woods . Found a few deer trails and a couple possibilities of spots to hang stands . It was 21 degrees out and about 7 - 8 inches of light fluffy snow .

I should have picked up some of that Zombie ammo at Beikirchs the last time I was there .

Those Zombies are some slow moving targets ! I thought they just ate brains . I guess if there were only democrats around the Zombies would run out of food . Yeah , in the movies they seldom have to reload .

They have had a lot of the "Zombi Movies" on lately and the survivors have been doing a pretty good job with 45 and 40cal pistols as well as machetes ! ... ...

I saw a Primos Black Cam at the Macedon WalMart today . It was marked down to $99 . Don't know which model it was ........

I don't support the Crossbow Inclusion . The only reason I might become interested in owning a X-bow would be to fight off the Zombies when that becomes necessary .

Boycotting wouldn't work for me . I have a Lifetime license and at 71 don't have to pay for the Archery or ML tags or any hunting tags . No need to buy ammo as I am all set . The only cost I have is for the gas I use to drive to a hunting spot . I guess the big hurt I could put on by Boycotting would be I wouldn't be spending $2 for a coffee and doughnut on the way to my hunting spot .

When I was looking for a scope for my new Savage shotgun I saw a Weaver and thought it was awesome but it was too much magnification for the shotgun . It was a 6X24 and very clear at long distance objects . And the price was only $250 !

The associate at Dicks in Henrietta said he bought one of the Savage 220F when they 1st came out a few years ago and found the Hornaday's to work great for him ............

I heard the Federal Barnes Expanders were shooters but they quit making them . The American Way ---- something works , change it !

I bought 2 boxes of Winchester Supreme Dual Bond sabots as well as 2 boxes of Hornaday sabots . Now all I need is the weather to cooperate so I can try them out .

I have shot deer during the summer , removed the hide and butchered them in the garage and never got a "bad"smell even though it was very warm weather .
