    Had to baby sit one of the Grand kids tonight so Grand Pa went all out and picked up Pepperoni Pizza , Garlic Parmesan Wings and Jalapeno Poppers ! Sure sounds healthy to me !

    I'm sure people have ! Of course if you do it would be one of those " Throw -n- Grow" type of deals because you cannot be tilling state land . But that's just my opinion .

    I bought a Pontoon boat last year and keep it on the Hudson . I always try to take off and come back to the dock right between low tide and high tide , sometimes the current makes it tough to dock without slamming into another boat or the dock ! But overall its lots of fun !

    I am not going to sell my property I just want to get some cash out of the lumber . Hopefully I'm going to leave it / give it to the son or grandson before I become a drooling idiot ! (if I'm not already)

    I've wanted to sell the lumber from the land I hunt but have no idea whom I could call to get an estimate on its value .... any recommendations ? If for no other reason to help with the Taxes and promote fresh growth ! Location = Greene County NY
