Local cable company (Mid Hudson Cable ) called to install a new cable modem - we only use cable for internet - and they said the price would drop $ 45 per month . When their Tech showed up I questioned him about why the drop in price ? I said is there new competition in town and he said yes the local phone company (Not Verizon ) is going to run Fiber so they have to drop prices to compete ! In other word they (cable company ) were just milking the users and could have operated on less all these years ! Corporate Greed !

I just switched from a Flip Phone roughly 2 years ago .... hitting certain buttons 3 times to get the letter you wanted was a drag but its all you had ! Their handy in the woods but not if your currently taking aim at something and it starts vibrating ... LOL -

I would enjoy moving south to a 20-30 acre spread with a cabin / small house , hopefully within one hour ( or less) of the shore but we would have to leave behind the kids and grand kids . So New York we stay ! -

I don't get it ..... Sanctuary Cities declared themselves Sanctuary Cities and when the POTUS says the government will send Illegals to Sanctuary Cities the Sanctuary Cities start crying fowl ! WTF !!!
