I dont Bow hunt but I allow a few bow hunters on my land during bow season ! They appreciate the added acreage to hunt and I appreciate the Deer sighting report the night before gun season opens ... It works out for well for all concerned . Enjoy the Outdoors everybody !

I had zero Ticks on me opening day (Saturday) but yesterday (Sunday) I picked a total of 6 off ! Saturday morning temps were 25 degrees and Sunday morning temps were 42 degrees ... sure made a difference !

My Season .... I had intended on Hunting maybe 6 days (weekends) well I received the layoff notice and this past Tuesday was the last day ..... 23 days of hunting to look forward too ... I'll help fill your tag for half the meat LOL

Hey Anthony .... Dont forget that in New York Military members get a free Sportsmans (small game , big game , fishing) license .... the affidavit in downloadable from the DEC website ! You serve you deserve !
