During Gun season I wear the Orange Camo outerwear and an Orange hat ... I dont feel like being a target !

I hunt about 30 feet up in my tree stand and the deer always approach the area cautiously . They seem to know that something is different but are not sure what . They dont see me or hear me but they know somethings up ( get it ?) !

This is the first year on here for me and I've found it to be a great experience . Lots of opinions / tips / hunting stories / and alot of laughs ....there is always bumps in the road no matter what - thats why tires are made of rubber ! -

Your right about Camp Smith ... I was recently stationed there for 18 months and the place is overrun , the only people whom can hunt there are Military members ... naturally bow only , currently only 2 individuals hunt there and its their little hunting paradise !

Found a Doe already dressed about 25 feet in from the road on my property ... The trespassing bastards probably didnt have a tag for it or hopefully someone showed up ! Such a waste !

So there I was happily sleeping under a Pine Tree , gun leaning against the tree . Suddenly I heard a branch break , I moved my arm gun fell over and went off ... shot went through a Spike and into the Doe standing next to him . Seasons over for me ! Have fun out there ... I did ! How's that a for good hunting camp story ?
