Bout to hop on a plane and get out of the big city and head home and rest for a long days hunt. Mad I missed the snow and not looking forward to the high temps, but I'll enjoy a nice long spot n stalk over a stroll through China town any day ! The gf keeps asking why I'm not tired yet.... LOL, I've prob put on a couple hundred miles since season started, this flatland stuff is nothing !

On a mini vaca in the big apple.... Kinda miss seeing blaze Orange, and upset snow is finally stickin back home.... Ah well, I'll be back at it Monday. Am I the only one wearing camo and a Carhart down here ?!

I don't really mean it, but I want to say shoot them... Either ur neighbors or the dogs ! Good luck with that though, call ur local dog warden or even Dec and see what u can do to salvage your season ! -

Nice nuts, I mean buck.... As far as the 870 goes, I hated my cheap wood look which after a couple seasons looked worse than my dads 50 year old 870. So I got the synthetic camo parts for 60$ will never wear down, light, camo, and take a beating. Worth every penny I spent !

Only had the rifle, no other weapons. But he did come runnin in but I don't think he wanted to "attack" me..

Save the $ ( if possible ) and get an atv, mine has saved my dads life every deer ! He had quad bypass surgery, and a small stroke, now the stress is just hooking em up to the atv. It could save your life ! Or quit hunting...WHICH IS NOT AN OPTION !

Sorry about the link, one is a 2.5 8 that comes in a hammers a mock scrape I made. Kinda got that almost bullwinkle this year... Mature 7pt, It's been 5 years since I got a buck !

I'm not too far from east hill, and the neighbors said they have a handful of bear on the trail cam. I would love to get one on the ground !

He came runnin in downwind of me ! I had the hot doe scent out and i am crazy about making sure I'm scent free. I use the dead down wind spray in the orange bottle.

Taking a day off to rest my legs. I put a solid 10 miles on yesterday being the designated driver. So nice to have a buck on the ground a 5 between me and my dad in the freezer ! Jerky time ! And no I don't deliver !
