Thanks for the great run!!!! 3 overtime losses makes me sick. Kings are a great team so are the Rangers if Nash and Richards came to play. The bounces went our way in the two prior series. I think the officials were average at best. Don't want to be a cry-baby but they blew some calls that cost the Rangers a couple of games.

Two cops killed in cold blood out in Vegas. Civilian packing a weapon was also gunned down when he tried to stop the the two nuts. These two were at the Bundy ranch supporting him were asked to leave.

Except for the third period of game 1 they have come to play. Two equal teams as I see it, someone has to win. No way this goes 5 games, they win both in NY and leads it to a 7 game series. It is great hockey with some awesome talent out there.

The above is great. The mineral rights should come with the land. Mineral rights can be held by a third party. Best that you have them and have control over the land. If you really love the property but don't get the rights have setback rules put into the deed. No drilling within 1000' of primary residence. No storage tanks on property and so on. In NYS you are talking natural gas. This was really hot a few years back but really has fallen by the wayside since the Gov put a stop to fracking. Good luck-I bought 56 acres 8 years ago and never looked back. Call the DEC the were very helpful to me answering many questions.

Got up to the cabin for a Sunday morning hunt with Zach. We didn't hear any birds until 9:30 two Tom's off to our right about 100 yards or so. We worked the calls and thought they were coming closer but no. We moved a bit closer and up a ridge. Again they kept sounding back to us but we couldn't budge them. We gave up around 11:30. Headed back to camp and met my neighbor and told him the story. He looks at me and says you sure those weren't Chucks birds? I found out the neighbor behind me has a Tom and a hen penned up on his property………..so much for that. lol

I think that deer is 2-3 weeks old. You can tell by the size of the ears and the spots on its back. Definitely gets a pass this year. lol

To all the moms out there enjoy the day. Great memories from my childhood would be Mom taking my brother and I to hockey practice late at night. She would stay and cheer us on. Sending a care package up to college to my brother and I. A big box full of hunting and fishing stuff and of course junk food. We went to Plattsburgh so plenty to do there. She was always there for me and has more energy than most people. I make sure these days that I get my kids out to see her a few times a month. Nothing like the sight of grandchildren and great grandchildren to bring a smile to her face! Happy Mother's day Mom!
