I have one thing to say-Fawk meeeeee! Gaborik and the dirty water dawg cart on seventh ave traded to a pee wee team for their stick boy! Frustrating just leave the puck alone and let lungqvist do his thing....... Way to go Sabres!

I am by far not the most experienced turkey hunter but I have gotten a few. My question is, when we find birds and their roosting spot for the night we sneak in and set up by the birds in the morning. I have set my decoys 30 yards from roosting Tom's and have not spooked them. Is their eyesight poor in the darkness? It is superior during daylight hours, just wondering.

I have used the foam ones and they work. Nothing like going out the night before to find where they roost!

I let my 11 year old girl know that next year if she liked she could bow hunt. Her eyes lit up! The problem is my 7 year old is more into the hunting thing than the 12 year old, she is going to give us a lot of shiiit for the next 5 years...............

Saw a dead one on Rt 17 by the "great swamp" area. Further west this year I saw one crossing a road in the Elmira Corning area. Wild bore is some real good eats, wouldn't mind shooting one.

Good game!!! They had it all the way. Tough goal disallowed at the end of the second, they could of folded right there and didn't. Do it again tomorrow night!!!!!!!

Rangers dominated the first period but couldn't put the puck in the net.. The Rangers didn't show up for minutes 20-40. Just goes to show you you can have the best goal tender in the league but need to score more than 1 goal to win. Good luck Sabres fans. Wooly it was close and a very good game, just a reminder your team is playing tonight! Don't forget! lol

we use to have a camper off of rt 17 and the beaverkill and fish most of the year out of the travel trailer and then had a hunting camp in Jeffersonville. Nice! We hunted the state land off of Morton Hill road. Nice place big woods!

Don't you know it! Funny story about bacon. We camped up on state property in Roscoe and my brother and I were looking forward to bacon and eggs in the morning. It was a clod night 15 degrees so a big breakfast was in order. I did the food shopping and by mistake picked up unsalted bacon. He almost kicked me out of camp! we ate it but were very unhappy campers!

Saw one off of rt 17 last weekend flying with a pretty big branch. Must of been making a nest.
