thank you welcome to the site . its the only bear i have ever seen it was pure luck that she was the size she was but like you said any bear is a trophyi might go the rest of my life and never see another one or who knows maybe ill start seeing more. ive always wanted a bear with the bow if i do see another one hopefully it will be during bow season.

anyone here have any experience with getting rid of an old cabin or getting the town involved in a control burn? i have a 20x60 house out in franklinville it was vandlized before i bought the place and i just came to the conclusion it would be more effcient for me to just build something new. any input would be appreciated.

thank you. im not 100% sure what its called its a tongue and groove board that im gonna use on the walls inside my cabin. i seen them at a lumber store in machias but cant remember the name of the place.

any one have any experience with removing black mold on their own? tomorrow im heading out to the cabin that i recently purchased to do some gutting. the place has been abandoned for 3 years the sky light was smashed in and the spare bedroom took on the elements rain and snow for the past few years. so tomorrow morning im gonna head out and start gutting out that room and the room next to it. tomorrow i just plan on ripping all the walls down and ceiling and then doing more next weekend or the weekend after. any tips would be really apreciated. i went to depot and grabbed a good respirator gloves boot covers and a tyvak suit.

thank you everyone im really excited ive been wanting this property for a few years now theres a lot of work to do since its been let go for a few years now but im happy and cant wait to start remodeling.

i went to the cattaraugus county annual property auction and won my grandmas old place there were 5 different people bidding on it. the auction was very interesting i think ill be going back again next year. the best deal i seen was some land and a $151k house sell for 48k then a few people picked up 1 and 2 acres for $10-50
