ive bow fished out of a kayak twice its a lot more difficult but was able to do it. ive also kayaked to islands in the river in buffalo then got out and walked the shore in the coves and had good luck doing this. i cant wait another week to go for bow fishing season.

i tried a property in akron on sunday i didnt hear or see anything

lol after taking a second trip out there today its definitely not southerntier.very nice out that way though lots of nice country roads. wooly that sounds like a bad luck spot to be driving by. hope it was a newer car they were running into.

i was working out in the southerntier yesterday near the town of piffard off of route 36 i seen 3 deer run out in front of the s10 that was in front of me it ended up hitting 2 out of the 3 deer the only one to get away was bambi. i got out to help the one deer was still kicking i went to see if the driver was ok and give a hand tossing one of the deer out of the road then i was gonna go back and end the other deers suffering but by time i got back she had already expired. both dead deer were doe.

im not sure if your near the buffalo area or not but admar, abc rentals and united rentals all rent out big equiptment and also rent out just a trailer if thats all you need.

i think its pretty cool seeing some bucks growing their new racks and at the same time seeing some bucks holding onto their old racks but hopefully the old racks all come off asap so they can start to grow their new ones

i was heading to work this morning and just as i was getting off the exit for dick road in depew there was a dead buck on the side of the road he had about 6" velvet spikes and really thick.

it really is a hoot. my buddy retired his compound for bow fishing and uses the recurve now because of how much lighter it is and theres nothing to rust on the recurve. imagine bow fishing for alligators that would be a riot.

its a blast seriously. Me a friend and his dad usualy go we wak up and down the streams shooting the carp. Weeven some timesdo a carp drive lol me and my buddy will walk threw thewater kicking the fish down stream to his dad or to one another. Its very cheap and fun. If u have an old bow to use u can get a bow realfor $20 arrow for $15 with the tip. The string for $10. You usualy get a few years out of one arrow

yea it starts may 15th each year and runs threw the summer you can bow fish day and night we get a lot of big carp and some big snapping turtles

bow fishing season starts in another few weeks its a blast i cant wait for may 15th. walking the creeks shooting carp and doing it in the river at night with a spot light its a riot. once you try it youll be hooked.

yesterday i was working across the street from forest lawn cemetery in buffalo i was up in the bucket trucket and could hear a turkey gobbling like crazy a few minutes later i could see a big tom strutting around the cemetery then a few minutes later hew was running full speed all over the place. last week i see 6 toms strutting in the same spot.

ive had 7 stands stolen in the last 4 years they cut the locks with bolt cutters some times and i also think some one has been using a cut off wheel. it really sucks this is part of the reason why i havent bought a trail camera yet and i want to bad. a few years ago my favorite stand was stolen my buddy that i hunt with found it it about 400 yards in the river bottom the guy stole it and rehung it for late season. i wish i couldve caught him in the stand.
