    This year marks my 30th year deer hunting and I have never found a shed.Nice going.

    The Kindle has gotten a much better write up.I like the looks and feel of the Nook myself.But it is not for me ha ha.Takes weeks to read a book.Can't stay awake.LOL

    I am looking into the Kindle or the Nook.Its a computer for books you download the book read and erase it then download another.My wife well read a book a night if its good.They are not alot of money and I well get her some other stuff to open.

    Already lost a nights sleep thinking about opening day.I guess I'm not gonna sleep much until Saturday night now oh well........

    I have a stand that is about 100yards off a swap-lake.I am between bedding and feeding with heavy pines on both sides and some cearing in the middle.This stand has been very productive in the past.I don't think they are into heavy chasing yet.I am seeing a lot of sign so it shouldn't be to long.

    At least you saw deer.I hav'nt seen a deer in three weeks.Hope this changes.

    Sat most of the day saw no deer.I did find more rubs all fresh 1 scrap that looked to be fresh.I did see a Martin Or Weasle or some kind of ferrett.It was pretty large all black.Never saw something like this where I hunt.Watched it for a long time.Leaving Friday morning for gun season Hope I see something next weekend.

    I too would not have her pay for me.I would hope for her to help someone who really needs the help.Some people still amaze me.With all the nasty rude people there are still some good ones out there.

    Congrats thats awesome.For the record my little guy was 4yrs old when I bought him his first 22.It was a chimpmunk single shot.Taught him how to aim trigger control and gun saftey.Now at 16 he is a better shot then I am.He has no intrest in hunting but we spend a lot of time shooting together.my girls have no intrest in firearms and thats ok too.Enjoy all the time you can with the kids, They grow up fast.Again many congrats.
