I put the pistol grip on with the 18in barrel it was fun for a while.But began to hurt my hands.Now it is my house gun.With the stock on.

Yes this has been said and I agree the gun you shoot best is the perfect rifle.

If you can get both go for it.I have not killed a deer with the ML yet.But I do enjoy shooting it.I like to fire 3 shots and clean the barrel,My gun is about an inch high at 75 yards.Maybe this well be my year.By all means if it is a good price go for it.

The barrel is on the heavy side you are going to have to change the fore end as well.I have an Encore with old style breech it is no problem at all.Just grease good after you clean it and put it back in.
