Doesn't matter how you see it, the law is written in such a way that it does not distinguish, a felon is a felon. There is something seriously wrong with this country's laws and correctional methodologies.

Since this isn't a hunting issue, I'd call your local authorities or state police and get the specifics. I would think it is OK to shoot on top of your vehicle.

If you're close to Pro Lines in Queens NY, I know a guy there that can hook you up. If not, it's easy enough to do on your own. I learned to tune, install QAD Drop-away rest and sights on my own over a couple weeks. Now my bow is paper and broadhead tuned.

NYC has a law regarding ammo quantity. In the law of opposite reactions, a round standing straight up against the floor of the safe could "possibly" fire straight up, without the need of a chamber. Edit: on second thought, there's a possibility that the brass casing may explode sideways since there's no chamber to hold it together. -
So, anyone know if there are tickets left and how far is this from NYC?
