I have said a couple of times now "if its legal and you have the tags and you want to shoot all of those deer ,then go for it" Its just not for me. And I don't think its anything to brag about…Just me

Just saying..If were me I would have made sure that the first one I shot was killed as fast as possible. I would not have turned my attention to the others until I was sure the first one was done. But like I said..thats me.. He seemed to be more interested in numbers rather than a quick kill. So for me its not "BS". Stack em up as high as you want but make sure that they're down and out before you move on to the next one. Don't leave the first one blatting and trying to crawl away., for only 45 seconds…...Just me.

Not really…He was more concerned with stacking them up rather than clean kills. Thats why he didn't even pay attention to the first one he hit, to make sure it was out, took a crap shot at the second deer and immediately just started shooting at all the rest. Nothing illegal but IMHO a total loser move.

Deer hunting and deer killing…..two entirely different things. Again, if its legal and he has the tags, and wants to stack up does like that,,,fine. I just don't get why he would post the video as if he stalked/patterned a nice buck and finally got a good shot on him. But thats just me.

Closest thing to a hunting related gift, I got was from the in laws. A sweater with a lab embroidered on the front with some geese flying around..LOL!! Its pretty bad, but its the thought that counts and we had a great day ...

Sorry about your injury….When I was in my mid 20's I broke my foot in early October. By the end of the month I was off crutches but had a plaster walking cast from the knee down. I got a pair of those giant rubber construction boots, that fit over your regular boots, and it was game on. I hunted almost every day. I got two deer and a ton of small game that year. Then I had reconstructive knee surgery in May of 2012. By October I was walking, with out crutches but had to wear a big, goofy frankenstien looking knee brace. Again, I hunted almost every day and bagged some nice bucks. If you can get out, without doing more damage to yourself, go for it.

Skinning a warm deer, like that one appeared to be, is way faster than doing one that has been hanging, but still…that guy was pretty damn good.

Great……..in the spring I replaced my burnt out winch with a champion 3000#. Been plowing with it and so far so good. Fingers crossed it will last at least a few seasons.

A few guns to check out, for carry: Smith&Wesson M&P Shield and the Ruger LC9. Both are 9mm, with single stack mags. They are thin and easy to carry. Also the Ruger LCP and S&W Bodyguard 380. Both are real small .380 cal pistols, that you can carry right in your front pocket

I just got my first .22 pistol a month or so ago and I Don't think my other pistols are going to get as much range time anymore. I'm already eyeing another .22. A Ruger SP101 revolver. Solid heavy frame with real nice sights. A little pricy though.

I have had Labs for the past 18 years. I think they are an awesome breed, but I love all dogs. It's they're loyalty and protective nature that gets me. My current Lab (Reggie) is a big baby but he will put on the biggest tough guy act you have ever seen, if he senses a threat to me,my wife or especially one of the kids.
