My neighbor last year shot an 11pt on Dec 6th, one antler popped off as he went drag it, fast forward to Jan 4th last year the (doe) he shot during shotgun hunt was a shedded buck ( dressed at 145lbs aged at 4 yrs )

There are Waaaaaaay more deer taken than 200,000, to better clarify (there are 200,000 Reported deer taken each year)

depends what part of the state your in, here on long island i can Legally take as many deer as i want as long as i continue to shoot doe, fyi i haven't taken any this year just cause i can doesn't mean i should....

even install a sprinkler system that coats the deer in a Terriaki/Brown sugar and garlic marinade

What if.. you shoot a buck, fill out the tag, report the tag, then butcher the deer and package it (if you didn't choose to keep the head to mount) how do they know its a buck and not a doe when you transport it home? are you supposed to keep it's family jewels in another package?

was out yesterday and state land, saw 6 deer while working my way back to my truck, One buck had his right side missing... they maybe shedding already like last year

you cannot properly AGE deer by hanging outside, it MUST been in a controlled environment as the temp. fluctuation is like 3-4 degrees at most

Hostess Brands has been granted permission to pay its top executives bonuses adding up to $1.8million as part of its wind-down plans.. The maker of Twinkies, Ding Dongs and Ho Hos says the incentive pay is needed to retain the 19 managers during the liquidation process, which could take about a year. Two of those executives will be eligible for additional rewards depending on how efficiently they carry out the liquidations -

wow greedy union bastages not wanting an 8% paycut,,, so greedy unlike the generous Hostess executives who all had received raises of up to 80% in 2011, not too shabby for a company that carries more than 800 million in debt. -

Union got greedy?? to my knowledge the top 10 employees of Hostess account for 45% of the total salaries, but yes the other 18,490 employees were greedy... lol -

NFK-ADK you aren't the only crazy one i was in a treestand sunday till dark (bit of swaying) only saw 1 big bodied deer at 100 yrds, me and my buddy had the whole public property to ourselves

Gas is super scarce, lines of 100 cars or more at stations that actually have gas, I feel super lucky as i have no damage and all power internet ect... was back on by 2pm tuesday, my heart goes out to those who are in distress
