Honestly if this post is for real, and I have my doubts, I think you need to look up the hunters code of ethics. Your view is quite well lets say unique. If you really think that the ethical thing that a hunter who wounded a deer and is tracking it is stay out of the woods because your truck is there, well that honestly is about the most selfish as I ever heard. I wonder if the roles were reversed if you would stay out and not ruin a hunt for someone. Then it would be too bad because you were tracking a deer.
